Magnesium Cream

This cream is amazing!  My husband suffers from frozen shoulder, torn ligaments in the other shoulder, lower back pain, knee pain and neuropathy in his feet.  He hasn't been able to raise his arms above shoulder level for a few years now because of the pain.  The first time I put some Pain Relief Cream with Magnesium on his shoulders he was able to raise his arms over his head, then twist his arm around and scratch his back!  Amazing.  I then rubbed cream on his lower back, the back of his knees, his calves and feet.  For the first time in years, he slept for 5 hours straight!   Every night at bed-time for the last month or so I have been rubbing this cream on him and he's sleeping so much better.  Not only that, but since I have been rubbing this cream on his feet every night his feet haven't swollen up once and he seems to have more muscle control in his feet.  

My shoulder doesn't ache like it used to either. = )

Another fabulous use of this cream is:  a few nights ago my daughter woke up at around 11:00 crying because her legs hurt.  Having experienced growing pains myself I know how painful it is but I was also really tired and wasn't looking forward to a night full of rubbing her legs.. so, I put some Pain Relief Cream on each of her calves and rubbed it in well, She slept all night.  The next morning I asked how she slept and about her legs and she said she slept really well and her legs didn't hurt again at all.  I think this is my favorite use of this cream!  = )

Update March 2016:  We just moved and I realized that I'm way to old for that sort of thing!  Every muscle in my body was sore.  But.. I rubbed some of this on my sore muscles and instant relief!  This cream truly is amazing!

Update December 2017:  My daughter has found another use for this cream!  It helps with menstrual cramps.  Just rub some topically on the lower abdominals...
